Does Leathie Ship Internationally?

At this time, Leathie.com only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your Right to Cancel and Return a Product

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your product within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the reason (including change of mind). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@leathie.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: You can return any unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached. If you change your mind, the return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Faulty Items: If the item you receive is faulty or does not function as expected (e.g., a mechanical defect, material flaw, or damage during transit), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos or a video showing the issue. For faulty items, we will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item.

  • Items Not as Described: If the item you receive is not as described, incorrect in size, color, or condition as per the product listing, or you find it does not match the description, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. You will have an additional 30 days to return the item. Return shipping will be covered by Leathie.com if the product is found to be incorrect or not as described.

  • Defective Goods: If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping costs and either send you the correct item or process a full refund.

  • Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrives, please contact us to initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is confirmed as lost or undelivered, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Return Instructions

  1. Notify Us: To begin the return process, email our customer service team at contact@leathie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
  3. Prepare the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and documentation are included.
  4. Ship the Item: Once you have the return label, print it and attach it to the package. Use the provided label to return the item to us. For items returned due to change of mind, you will need to cover return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of your item.

  • Leathie Covers Return Shipping: If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Once the return is processed and approved, we aim to issue your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: These items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Hygiene Products: Items such as socks, underwear, or swimwear cannot be returned unless they are unopened and unused.
EXCHANGES

Leathie no longer accepts exchanges. If you are looking to do an exchange, simply place an order for the new item you are looking to receive and ship back the item you no longer want for a refund. 

Legal Rights

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law and does not affect your statutory rights. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel or return items within the statutory return period, and this policy provides additional benefits beyond the legal requirements.
