THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

To start a return, email us at contact@leathie.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and, in some cases, a prepaid return label.

We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience. Currently, we accept PayPal as well as major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed through PayPal.

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@leathie.com. We may request photos or videos of the issue, and we will either replace the item or provide a full refund. In such cases, Leathie covers the return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@leathie.com. We will arrange for the return shipping and ensure you receive the correct product.

Upon completion, you’ll receive an automated email confirming your order.

Please retain this email for future reference until you receive your package.

If, for any reason, the confirmation email doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, kindly contact our support team at contact@leathie.com, and we’ll swiftly resolve the issue for you.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched, once it’s been dispatched you will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then return it back to us.

No, Leathie.com currently ships only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

We offer a 30-day return policy for all UK orders. You can return any unused, undamaged product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply contact us at contact@leathie.com to initiate the return.

  • Change of Mind: Yes, if you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Leathie will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at contact@leathie.com. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and offer a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed lost or undelivered.

Leathie no longer accepts exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, you can place a new order for the item you want and return the item you no longer need for a refund.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless faulty or damaged)
  • Hygiene products such as socks, underwear, or swimwear (unless unopened and unused)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This time is used to prepare your items, conduct quality checks, and package them for shipment.

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@leathie.com for assistance.
